Lorina McAdam
Lorina McAdam is the Director of GEMS - the Greater Mekong Subregion Elimination of Malaria through Surveillance program, with Population Services International (PSI). Lorina is based in Yangon, Myanmar, and also supports the program's work in Cambodia, Lao PDR and Vietnam to engage private health care providers to deliver quality malaria diagnosis and treatment services, and to report timely and robust case data into national surveillance systems. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Lorina has over 20 years of program leadership experience, and has worked in Lao PDR, Honduras, Kenya, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Iraq, prior to moving to Myanmar two years ago.
