Jordi Landier

Jordi Landier was trained in Biology and Public Health and specialized in Infectious Diseases epidemiology. He obtained his PhD in Epidemiology in 2014 at Pasteur Institute, Paris, where he studied the individual, spatial and temporal risk factors for Buruli ulcer in two endemic foci of Cameroon. In 2015, he joined SMRU on the Thai-Myanmar border as an epidemiologist for the Malaria Elimination Task Force. His research interests revolve around infectious diseases transmission and specifically the design and evaluation of interventions aimed at decreasing or interrupting their transmission.
