Phelele Fakudze
Phelele Fakudze is from the Kingdom of Eswatini and leads Policy and Advocacy efforts at the SADC Elimination 8 Secretariat in Windhoek, Namibia, where she has worked with SADC countries and partners to drive an enabling environment and harness political will for malaria elimination in Southern Africa. She has 7 years of experience in generating and translating research and data to policy decisions, particularly in elevating the agenda on communicable diseases to the highest policy level, and in driving the integration and institutionalization of these services into core domestic priorities.
